RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products.
  • Exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, no perfumes and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • If the desired size/product is unavailable, a store credit will be issued (valid for 30 days).

🔄 Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or wrong product sent.
  • Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos/videos of the issue.
  • Items showing signs of use, washing, stains, perfume, or damage will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchange Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale / discounted items
  • Custom-stitched or altered products
  • Accessories
  • Orders placed with COD refusal

🚚 Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • For approved defects or wrong items, reverse pickup will be arranged by us.
  • For size exchanges, shipping charges must be borne by the customer (both sides).
  • If reverse pickup is not available in your location, customer must self-ship the product.

💳 Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are processed only after quality check of returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued as Store Credits.
  • Refund processing time: 48 hours after receiving the product.

❗ Important Notes

  • Minor colour variation may occur due to lighting or screen resolution — this is not considered a defect.
  • Measurements may vary by ±1 inch, which is normal for apparel.
  • Repeated returns/exchanges may lead to order restrictions in future.
