Payment Terms

  1. Accepted Payment Methods
    We accept the following payment options:
    • UPI (Google Pay, UPI ID: sofiachristy1976@okicici)
  2. Advance Payment
    All prepaid orders must be paid in full at the time of placing the order. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  3. Payment Security
    All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your card, UPI, or banking details.
  4. Pricing & Taxes
    • All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
    • Prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned on the product page.
    • Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly shown at checkout.
  5. Payment Confirmation
    Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us before placing a new order.
  6. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
    • In case of a failed transaction where the amount is debited, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, subject to bank policies.
    • For duplicate payments, please contact us with transaction details.
  7. Right to Cancel Orders
    We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of payment disputes, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock.
  8. Changes to Payment Terms
    We reserve the right to modify these payment terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be reflected on this page.
